I’m a marathoner and a trainer for a living and I’ve been wanting this for so long!! I don’t have time to go get a massage ever so often because I also have kids and life! oh and $$$. So having this lets me self administrate quality trigger point massage to myself. I have prof. background in manual therapy. But even if you don’t it’s pretty solid to say this is a simple to operate, portable and reliable (battery held up nicely) device to use either as an athlete or “just” as a desktop person who could use a little active release to the tight muscles (and fascia, the connective tissue). I had a question for the product and they were super responsive and kind which is a huge plus for me. I absolutely recommend this from my own personal experience.
