Refund & Return Policy

Returns

All of our products are backed up by a 30-day guarantee from the date the tracking number indicates a successful delivery! Once the 30 days have passed the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
 
Return requests can be initiated by contacting us at returns@molleos.com
 
In order for an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as it was delivered in. Also, it must be returned in its original packaging.
In order for your return request to be accepted, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to be provided.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) [Situations where we come to a mutual agreement].

 

Items not eligible for a return

There are several product categories that are excluded from return eligibility. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not eligible for return. Adult Toys, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are also not eligible for return.
 
Note: (In rare cases when products arrive in poor condition we will issue a full refund without requiring a return.)
 
Other products that are not eligible for a return:
 
  1. Gift cards, Downloadable software products
  2. Various health and personal care items. (In rare cases of them arriving damaged a full refund will be applied.)
  3. Book with obvious signs of use
  4. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  5. Any item NOT in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
 
Note: Any return request that has taken place after the 30th day after the delivery date will not be accepted.
 
Note:Please do not directly send your item back to the manufacturer upon receiving it.
If the item is returned directly to the manufacturer you will not be eligible for a refund at all. Please make sure to contact us first for instructions and assistance for your return request.
 

—IMPORTANT—

If you are returning an item over $19, we strongly advise you to use a shipping service that can provide a tracking number.
 
If you use a shipping service that does not offer tracking information your refund/return request will automatically be dropped and no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Return costs are covered by the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
 
Depending on your location, the time needed for your exchange to reach you may vary. If you think your item might be lost in transit or not shipped please feel free to contact us at returns@molleos.com

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. [Usually takes between 1 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect back into your statement]
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has still not reflected after the 5 days of the refund approval have passed please make sure to double-check your bank/card/PayPal statement.
 
Also make sure to contact your financial institution. More often than not – financial institutions take some time until they update your statement.

Replacements (if applicable)

Your product will be eligible for a replacement if  any of the following apply:

  1. You have received a damaged item
  2. You have received a defective item
  3. You have received a different item from what you purchased
  4. The product you have received does not match the description
In order for you to get a replacement please contact us at returns@molleos.com
with the details of what the case is and we will help you out.

Items on SALE. (if applicable)

Items that are on SALE with a discount higher than 49% are not eligible for a return if the reason is not due to our mistake.
 
We will only accept returns for these items if the following apply:
  1. You have received a damaged item 
  2. You have received a defective item
  3. You have received a product that does not match the description
  4. You have received a different item from what you purchased
