First way to track your order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Second way to track your order

Do the following:

  1. Copy the tracking number that we have privided in your e-mail.
  2. Click on the button above.
  3. Paste your tracking number in the box and hit “Track”.

The page will show you your package’s status.

Third way to track your order(if you have an account)

  1. Go to “My Account”
  2. Go to your “Orders”
  3. You will see a “TRACK” button appear when your order has received a tracking number. – Click on it and it will take to a page to track your package’s status.

Answers to frequent questions

My tracking number does not update! Is my package moving?

Yes, your package is on it’s way to you. We are using International Overseas Shipping Services and when your item is in transit there will little to no updates on the tracking number, but once it is in the hands of USPS it will start giving LIVE updates in real-time.

Where does my package ship from?

We will ship most of the items from our warehouse in China or the United States.
We also have warehouses in Italy, France, Belgium, Russia, and the United States.
 

How long until I receive my order?

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

United States (7 – 21 Business Days)

PREMIUM SHIPPING – Currently only available for the United States.

United States (2 – 8 Business Days)

 

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Remember:

If the tracking number does not show any information the first 4 – 10 days – do not worry, as this is normal. It’s especially once it cleared customs and is in the hands of USPS/UPS that you will see movement.
